This is also a chance for you to share goals, challenges, and hopes for therapy. We’ll help you understand what ABA services look like, what to expect, and how the process works from start to finish.

Complete Intake & Authorization

Next, we walk you through the intake paperwork and gather everything needed.

Your child will then be seen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an initial assessment. This helps us understand their strengths, needs, and goals. Once complete, we submit the full assessment to insurance for authorization.

We make this step as smooth as possible so you never feel overwhelmed.

Begin Services

Once approved, your child is matched with a dedicated BCBA and ABA therapist.

A personalized treatment plan is created using data and insights collected during the initial assessment. We then begin sessions and start celebrating every little win along the way.
